You will feel the confidence and experience of Curran Construction even at the time of your initial consultation. We design 70% of everything that we build, both custom homes and major addition/renovations. We will discuss everything you envision and hope to accomplish within the budget you have established. We will answer any questions you may have, as well as provide you with answers to the questions you should ask, but may not know about.

Our job and our goal is to turn your vision into a reality of which you will be justifiably proud. However, we need your help. The better you can describe your needs and your vision, the better the job we can do in making your home all that you envision. For example; style (colonial, ranch, contemporary, etc.), needs prioritized ( 4 bedrooms, family room, study, etc.), photos of houses you like, what you don’t like, budget, etc.

Curran Construction’s Master Design Service is FREE! If, for whatever reason, you should decide not to proceed with construction, the design is free and the plans are retained by and are the property of, Curran Construction Co., Inc.
